Most of our clients share a situation: people in more than one country, decisions taken in more than one place, and technology that has to make sense to everyone.
Before Lenet, I spent years as the person between leadership in one country and a team in another. The language and the hour changed in every place. The need did not: both sides had to understand each other.
Lenet was founded in 2005 to do that for clients. Twenty-one years later, our role is to make sure that nobody who depends on your technology is ever surprised by it, whichever country they sit in.
Many of our clients have reviewed an IT proposal with no real way to judge whether it was sound. We remember what that feels like, so we tell you what we genuinely think, with complete transparency. A retail site that fails during a launch, or a collection that leaks before it is shown, is not an IT problem. It is a business problem, and we treat it as such.
The conversations clients bring us now are increasingly about AI. They rarely begin with the technology. They begin with whether the company's data is in order, and whether anyone owns the process being automated. Intelligent, deliberate adoption is what separates the companies that create real value from AI from those left with abandoned pilots.
We are one team across the Americas, Europe, Africa and Asia. We manage the same kind of multi-country operation our clients do, which is why we understand what they need from us.
