What does this document cover?
The Master Services Agreement sets out the legal framework for every engagement with Lenet. It does not list services itself. Those are described in the proposal you accept, and the Services Guide explains how each one is delivered.
The agreement covers the scope of our work and how third-party providers are selected and managed on your behalf. It also sets out fees and payment, warranties and the limits of liability, confidentiality, the term of an engagement and how either party may end it. Most disputes are settled by arbitration.
Each proposal is governed by the version in force on the date it is accepted, so keep a copy of this document with your signed proposal.
